Oba Adeoye received his early education at St Luke’s Primary School, Okeigbo, St John’s Primary School and Methodist High School, Okitipupa, before proceeding to the Federal School of Arts and Science, Ondo. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in 1992 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993. He subsequently earned a Master of Laws degree from the same university in 2000 and later obtained a Bachelor of Theology. His professional development has also included advanced executive programmes at Lagos Business School, IESE Business School in Barcelona, the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, and specialist real-estate institutions.

A distinguished legal practitioner and real-estate professional, His Imperial Majesty has held senior responsibilities in legal practice, property development and corporate leadership. He is President and Chairman of Council of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, having previously served the association as South-West Chairman, National General Secretary and Deputy President. His career has also included leadership roles in several property-development companies and professional organisations.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Oba Adeoye has contributed to education, housing development, charitable initiatives and community advancement. His institutional service has included work with Salem University, the African Housing Professional Association of Nigeria, the Housing Developers Cooperative Society and HopeNest Foundation. His professional engagements and training across Africa, Europe, Asia and North America have further equipped him with a broad international perspective.
